Heckel’s Horse Jr. is the third in Black Ivory Printmaking & Audio Club‘s series of Stuckism exhibitions. Heckel’s Horse Jr. is ala Edgeworth Johnstone. Johnstone is a member of The Other Muswell Hill Stuckists.
Each painting is a copy of a Heckel’s Horse painting. Heckel’s Horse is a painting partnership collaboratin between Billy Childish and Edgeworth Johnstone.
Childish and Johnstone started painting together in 2013. Over the last nine years they have made over two hundred Heckel’s Horse paintings together. Nearly all these paintings are 6ft x 5ft or 6ft x 4 ft oil on inen.
